In this story, the writer, William Carlos, discusses the resistance of a young girl on her treatment. The girl has a high fever on that day. The doctor was called in. The doctor came and tried to treat her politely. He wants to see her throat so that he may discover the disease. But she was afraid of the doctor. She thinks that the doctor will hurt her. She shows resistance while in treatment. The doctor decides to treat her harshly. He uses force to open her mouth. He dings tonsils inside her mouth. The moral lesson is the use of force important in every country. Without the use of force, the common people will against the country. They will deny the rules and regulations which the country imposed on them. To control such incidents, the country uses force to obey the rules and regulations. Otherwise, there will be a civil war within the country. In the story, the young girl refuses treatment because she is afraid of the doctor. The doctor knows how to treat the patient. They know how to reduce their pain while treatment. So let the doctors treat in their own way. In this story, the doctor uses force to open her mouth. Then discovers the disease inside her mouth.
